When you locate the Theme Settings, among other settings, you will find two groups in order to define the Global Colors and Global fonts.

Global Colors:
Here, you can setup the main colors for your website. Reformer provides 5 primary colors, the Headings Text Color and the Text Color. These styles will be applied to all elements on your website.

Global Fonts:
Choose a primary font to apply to your website’s headings, forms, buttons, and body text. All Google fonts are supported. You can override the font family for the available typography fields under Typography section.
